Th...Well, first thing is no more mid-evening naps. They totally mess me up. Even if I'm tired around 7 or 8 in the evening, I shouldn't give in to the temptation to go to bed, since I'll be wide awake for another six hours by the time 11 or 12 rolls around. If I stayed up 'til 1 or 2, though, I'd probably sleep until 9 or 10, which suits my class schedule much better.<BR/><BR/>Yeah... my lil' wolf always helps, but seeing as I usually have so much on my mind, it usually takes some time to fall asleep.Timberwolfhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01088568234189192477noreply@blogger.com
